We want you to love your purchase! If you aren't 100% satisfied with your item(s), for any reason, send it back in new condition, unworn, with tags attached within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a prompt and courteous refund.
Shipping fees ( if applicable ) on the original order are not refundable.
If you are returning an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you are exchanging or resizing an item we will ship that to you at no cost.
Please insure your package, as we are not liable for lost packages and it’s a good idea to have tracking so you know where it is.

Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, odor-free condition, with original tags and original packaging.
- Items returned within 30 days will receive a credit back on the initial credit card or account used for that purchase.
- All "sale" items are not eligible for return.
- While we strive to accept all returns. Damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited or refunded.
We are only allowed to accept or refund underwear and/or bras that are returned in their original unopened packaging.
Due to the nature of molded bras and underwire bras, all molded and underwire bras MUST be returned in BOXES and not envelopes. Damaged bras due to incorrect return packaging will NOT be accepted.
